We are Charlotte and Cat and we are so happy that you are here.

As recovering people pleasing, indecisive, procrastinating, perfectionists we know only too well what it's like to feel stuck, exhausted and on a merry go round of life with no time and no space. Over the past few years we have been harnessing the tools in our self development toolkit to well and truly get out of our own way and see what's possible when we do and boy we are so glad we did! We have built an inner belief that we are so proud of and we are currently living more than we ever have done before!

We are Charlotte and Cat and we are so happy that you are here.

The moment we decided to go within is the moment we grabbed our power back.

It is the moment we connected back to the little girl we once were. The one who didn't know comparison, the one who didn't doubt herself or worry about judgement. The one who was herself, nothing more or nothing less. The one who didn't even think to question whether she was enough, she just wanted to live happily doing the things she loved with all those around her doing the same.

In uncovering her again we have unlocked our potential, we have become our own inner coach instead of our own worst enemy and we are living a life that we once dreamt about and we want the same for you too.

We are here to empower you and the incredible women of the world to empower themselves. To stand up and decide that you are ready to look after your authentic self and see what's possible when you do!

Charlotte founded TAGC in October 2021.

She was good to go back in March 2021 but suddenly had her two black Labradors, Denzel and Welly stolen. With such a traumatic experience came choice and after thankfully getting them home she grew more than ever before. As she sat one evening feeling immersed in anger and frustration at the theft, blackmail and online negativity that she had been knocked over with she came across the Ghandi quote... 'Be the change you wish to see in the world.'

In that moment she decided and since then she has continued to decide that she is the change she wants to see in the world, and she is that change with her whole heart, with every single move she makes.

Through this time Cat was her rock. She was behind the scenes cheering her on like nothing she had ever experienced and with such a similar passion in wanting to help others, Charlotte proposed and asked Cat to join her mission in February 2022. Thankfully she accepted and since we have been growing as a team and with the incredible community we have created.

Cat is the best listener there is, she has such a kind and inspiring heart and is deeply passionate about helping women think differently about themselves, others and the world around them.

With over 15 years experience in Personal Coaching, starting and selling businesses and a wealth of Self Development knowledge she helps us all get the results we want!

I've grown so much as a person.

TAGC inspired me to find my passion and take the leap in moving forward towards it. The support from Charlotte, Cat and the rest of the group is outstanding and I am so, so grateful I found TAGC and pushed myself to join the group.
